This year, A Soolip Wedding introduces A Green Wedding for the eco- conscious bride and groom. Environmentally sustainable elegance now is possible with aesthetically-pleasing choices, ranging from tree-free papers and other reclaimed materials, to organically grown and wild-harvested ingredients for festive party foods, to party favors that have a life beyond the event.

A formal runway fashion show featuring gowns by Monique Lhuillier, make-up by Sephora, and hair by Chris McMillan (the Salon) will highlight the event. I’m so glad I came across your site! I looked through your archives and they have a lot of great ideas. I especially liked the “Created a Sustainable Registry” entry. My husband and I are starting a new website for couples to create their own wedding website, we should be online in a couple of months. I’d be interested in including this information for our environmentally conscious clients to help them put together a gift registry.
